These Conditions Générales apply to all purchases made through www.calqix.com, operated by:

The registered address of CALQIX is not a visitor address and is not actively published. Customers requiring full company details may consult the public KVK register or contact CALQIX via info@calqix.com.

2.1 These Conditions Générales apply to every offer made by CALQIX and to every distance purchase agreement concluded between CALQIX and the customer via www.calqix.com.

2.2 Before placing an order, the customer confirms they have read and accepted these Conditions Générales. Acceptance is recorded at checkout.

2.3 CALQIX reserves the right to amend these Conditions Générales at any time. The version in force at the time of the customer's order governs that transaction. The latest version is always published at www.calqix.com/pages/terms-of-service.

2.4 These Conditions Générales are governed by Dutch law. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version prevails.

3.1 CALQIX currently offers the following products through its online store:

• FlowCore Cordless Oral Irrigator — available in Midnight Black, Clinical White, Lime Green, and Blush Pink (€39,95 per unit)
• FlowCore Add-ons — replacement nozzles and accessories
• LumiCore PAP+ Whitening Kit
• CALQIX Priority Support

3.2 Tous CALQIX products are hand-selected and independently tested. The FlowCore Cordless Oral Irrigator is CE-certified and built to EU medical device standards. It is intended for personal oral hygiene use only and is not a substitute for professional dental care.

3.3 Produit descriptions, imagery, and specifications on www.calqix.com are provided for informational purposes. CALQIX strives for accuracy but does not guarantee that all information is free from error. Minor deviations in colour due to screen calibration are not considered non-conformities.

3.4 Tous health and wellness-related claims in CALQIX's marketing are made in the context of general consumer information and do not constitute medical advice. The clinical evidence referenced (including reductions in gum bleeding and plaque) is based on peer-reviewed research associated with the product category. Customers with dental health concerns are advised to consult a qualified dental professional.

3.5 CALQIX reserves the right to discontinue, modify, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice. Confirmed orders are not affected by such changes.

4.1 Tous prices on www.calqix.com are displayed in EUR (€) inclusive of applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise. Commandes delivered to the Royaume-Uni are billed in GBP (£) at the exchange rate applied at checkout.

4.2 Free shipping applies to orders over €80. Livraison costs for orders below this threshold are calculated and displayed at checkout.

4.3 CALQIX accepts the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and Bancontact.

4.4 Payment is due in full at the time of order placement. CALQIX will dispatch within 2 business days after payment is confirmed.

4.5 CALQIX reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. Price changes do not apply retroactively to orders already confirmed.

4.6 In the event of a manifest pricing error on the website, CALQIX is not obligated to honour the incorrect price and may cancel the affected order. The customer will be notified and any payment refunded in full.

5.1 An order is placed when the customer adds a product to the cart, completes the checkout process, and confirms payment.

5.2 CALQIX will send an order confirmation by email. The purchase agreement is concluded upon dispatch of this confirmation email.

5.3 CALQIX reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors. The customer will be informed and any payment refunded promptly.

5.4 The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout. CALQIX is not liable for non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

6.1 CALQIX ships worldwide, including the Pays-Bas, Belgique, France, Allemagne, the Royaume-Uni, and major e-commerce markets internationally. Commandes are dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

6.2 Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only. CALQIX is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events outside its reasonable control (including force majeure).

6.3 Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover of the shipment to the carrier. CALQIX recommends retaining tracking information provided with the shipment confirmation.

6.4 For deliveries outside the European Union — including the Royaume-Uni and all international destinations — the customer may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes under the regulations of the destination country. These costs are not included in the product price and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6.5 Full shipping rates and estimated delivery windows per country are available at www.calqix.com/pages/shipping-policy.

7.1 Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, without providing a reason, pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

7.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify CALQIX in writing at info@calqix.com before the 14-day period expires, clearly stating the order number and intention to withdraw.

7.3 CALQIX will acknowledge receipt of the withdrawal notification within 2 business days.

7.4 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Produits whose factory seal has been broken after delivery, for reasons of health protection or hygiene — this applies to all oral care and personal care products (Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU)
• The FlowCore Cordless Oral Irrigator or any electrical device that has been used, shows signs of use, or is not returned in its original, undamaged packaging in the condition expected upon delivery
• Produits visibly damaged by the customer after delivery

7.5 EU consumers who believe their withdrawal rights have not been respected may contact the consumer protection authority in their country of residence, or file a complaint via the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

7b.1 To initiate any return — whether under the right of withdrawal, the 30-day money-back guarantee, or a warranty claim — the customer must first contact CALQIX at info@calqix.com. Retours sent without prior written approval will not be processed and may be returned to the sender at their cost.

7b.2 Upon approval, CALQIX will provide the customer with return instructions including a return address. This return address is provided solely for the purpose of processing the return and is not a visitor address or the registered business address of CALQIX.

7b.3 The product must be received by CALQIX within 14 calendar days of the approved return notification. Articles received after this period will not be accepted.

7b.4 Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the return is the direct result of a verifiable product defect or an error on the part of CALQIX.

7b.5 CALQIX reserves the right to refuse a return that does not meet the conditions set out in Articles 7 and 7b. Refused items will be held for a maximum of 30 days; after this period CALQIX reserves the right to dispose of the item.

8.1 In addition to statutory EU withdrawal rights, CALQIX offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all FlowCore products. This guarantee is available to all customers worldwide.

8.2 To claim under this guarantee, the customer must contact info@calqix.com within 30 calendar days of receiving their order, providing their order number and reason for the return request.

8.3 Produits returned under this guarantee must be in a condition consistent with reasonable testing and use. CALQIX reserves the right to assess the condition of returned items before issuing a refund.

8.4 Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, CALQIX will issue a refund of the product purchase price within 5 business days via the original payment method. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from an error by CALQIX.

8.5 The 30-day money-back guarantee may be claimed once per customer, per product type, and does not apply to Add-ons or Priority Support.

9.1 Where CALQIX offers a subscription or recurring delivery programme (including any future 30-day treatment kur), the customer authorises CALQIX to charge the applicable subscription price on a recurring basis as selected at checkout.

9.2 Abonnement terms:

• The first charge and delivery occur upon order confirmation
• Subsequent charges occur on the same calendar day of each following billing period
• The customer will receive a reminder email at least 3 days before each renewal charge
• Abonnement pricing reflects a discount on the standard single-purchase price; this discount is not retroactively applicable to past orders

9.3 Cancellation: The customer may cancel their subscription at any time via their account at www.calqix.com or by emailing info@calqix.com. Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before the next scheduled billing date to prevent that charge.

9.4 Price changes: CALQIX will provide at least 30 days' advance notice by email before any subscription price change takes effect. The customer has the right to cancel before the new price applies.

9.5 CALQIX reserves the right to pause or terminate a subscription in the event of repeated payment failure, abuse, or breach of these Conditions Générales. The customer will be notified by email.

9.6 The right of withdrawal and the return policy apply to each individual subscription delivery on a per-shipment basis.

10.1 The FlowCore Cordless Oral Irrigator carries a 12-month commercial warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects under normal and intended use.

10.2 The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, dropping, water ingress beyond the stated IPX rating, unauthorised modification, or failure to follow the care instructions included with the product.

10.3 To submit a warranty claim, the customer must email info@calqix.com with their order number, a description of the defect, and photographic evidence where possible.

10.4 CALQIX will, at its sole discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product. This warranty is offered in addition to — and does not limit — the customer's statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

11.1 CALQIX products are designed for personal oral hygiene use. They are not medical devices for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any dental condition or disease.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CALQIX's total liability for any claim arising from or related to a purchase is limited to the purchase price paid for the product in question.

11.3 CALQIX is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of income, data, or business opportunity.

11.4 Nothing in these Conditions Générales excludes or limits CALQIX's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12.1 CALQIX processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy (available at www.calqix.com/pages/privacy-policy) and in compliance with the Général Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

12.2 Personal data collected during the order process — including name, delivery address, email address, and payment information — is used solely for order fulfilment, customer service communication, and, where consent has been given, marketing communications.

12.3 Customers who subscribe to the CALQIX email list have actively opted in and will receive a 10% welcome discount. They may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any CALQIX email. CALQIX will never sell or share personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

12.4 Only written communications submitted through official CALQIX channels (email to info@calqix.com or the contact form at www.calqix.com/pages/contact) constitute legally binding customer communications. Statements made via social media or other platforms are not binding on CALQIX.

13.1 Tous content on www.calqix.com — including the CALQIX name, logo, product imagery, copy, design, and clinical content — is the property of Kesekesa Holding B.V. and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

13.2 No content from www.calqix.com may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from CALQIX.

13.3 Use of CALQIX branding or product imagery for third-party marketing, resale listings, or comparative advertising without prior written approval constitutes a breach of these Conditions Générales and may give rise to legal action.

14.1 These Conditions Générales are governed exclusively by Dutch law. The United Nations Convention on Contrats for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

14.2 In the event of a complaint or dispute, the customer is encouraged to contact CALQIX first at info@calqix.com. CALQIX will acknowledge the complaint within 2 business days and aim to provide a resolution within 5 business days.

14.3 If a complaint cannot be resolved directly, EU consumers may submit a dispute to the European Online Résolution des Litiges platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14.4 If the dispute cannot be resolved through the above means, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in the Pays-Bas.

15.1 Severability. If any provision of these Conditions Générales is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never formed part of these Conditions Générales.

15.2 No waiver. CALQIX's failure or delay in exercising any right or remedy under these Conditions Générales does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy, nor does it prevent CALQIX from exercising that right or remedy in the future.

15.3 Entire agreement. These Conditions Générales, together with the CALQIX Privacy Policy (www.calqix.com/pages/privacy-policy), Return & Refund Policy (www.calqix.com/pages/return-and-refund-policy), and Livraison Policy (www.calqix.com/pages/shipping-policy), constitute the entire agreement between the customer and CALQIX with respect to purchases made through www.calqix.com. They supersede all prior representations, negotiations, and agreements relating to their subject matter.

15.4 Assignment. CALQIX may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Conditions Générales to a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, without requiring the customer's consent. The customer may not assign their rights or obligations without CALQIX's prior written consent.

15.5 Force majeure. CALQIX shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Conditions Générales to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic, war, government action, strikes, or carrier disruption. CALQIX will notify the customer as soon as practicable and make reasonable efforts to fulfil its obligations.

15.6 Language. These Conditions Générales are drafted in English. In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
