CALQIX ships worldwide. We partner with leading local and international carriers to ensure your order is delivered reliably, at a fair price, by the carrier that serves your region best. This policy sets out all relevant information about how we process and ship your order.
This Shipping Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and Return & Refund Policy.
Order Processing

Step 1 — Order Placed
You complete your purchase on calqix.com. Your order enters our system and you receive an automated order confirmation by email. The order is now queued for processing.

Step 2 — Payment Confirmed (within minutes)
Payment is verified by our payment provider. The processing clock starts from the moment payment is confirmed — not from the moment the order was placed.

Step 3 — Processing (max. 48 hours)
Your order is reviewed, verified, and prepared for dispatch within a maximum of 48 hours on Business Days. During peak periods or public holidays, processing may extend slightly, but CALQIX commits to dispatching all orders within 5 calendar days of order confirmation regardless of circumstances.

Step 4 — Dispatched & Tracking Sent
Your order is handed to the relevant carrier. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery time begins from this point.
Order processing takes place on Business Days (Monday through Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays). Orders placed on a Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday will begin processing on the next available Business Day. The 48-hour maximum processing time is calculated in Business Day hours, not calendar hours.
CALQIX reserves the right to delay processing in the event that additional verification is required — for example, to confirm the delivery address, verify payment, or prevent suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, CALQIX will contact the customer by email as promptly as possible. The processing clock is paused during any such verification period.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you need to change your order after placement but before dispatch, please contact CALQIX immediately via the contact page at calqix.com. We will make every effort to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee this once processing has begun.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery country. The rates below apply to all standard orders. Shipping is always displayed transparently before you complete your purchase — there are no surprise charges added after checkout.

The shipping rate applicable to your order is determined by the delivery country you select at checkout. All shipping costs are shown inclusive of any applicable VAT before you confirm your purchase. The amount displayed at checkout is final — no additional shipping charges will be applied after your order is confirmed.
CALQIX reserves the right to adjust shipping rates at any time. Any rate changes will be reflected in the checkout and will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.
In the event that a shipping zone is not listed above and your country is not available at checkout, please contact CALQIX via the contact page at calqix.com before placing your order. We will advise on availability and applicable shipping costs for your specific destination.
Free Shipping Threshold
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order value reaches or exceeds 80 units of the currency in which your order is priced. The threshold is fixed at 80 — regardless of the specific currency. This means:
- Orders priced in Euros (EUR): free shipping from €80.00
- Orders priced in British Pounds (GBP): free shipping from £80.00
- Orders priced in US Dollars (USD): free shipping from $80.00
- Orders priced in Australian Dollars (AUD): free shipping from A$80.00
- Orders in any other supported currency: free shipping from 80.00 [local currency]
The threshold is applied to the order subtotal after any applicable discounts or promotional codes have been deducted, and before shipping costs are added. This means that if a discount code reduces your subtotal below 80, the standard shipping rate will apply.
CALQIX displays product prices in the currency relevant to your location where technically supported. Prices may be automatically converted based on your detected or selected location. The free shipping threshold of 80 applies to the displayed currency at the time of checkout — it is not a fixed euro-equivalent applied to conversions. This ensures that the threshold is always simple, predictable, and consistent for every customer, regardless of their currency.
Free shipping applies to standard delivery only. It applies to all eligible shipping zones. There are no restrictions on which products qualify — any product in our catalogue counts toward the free shipping threshold.
CALQIX reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free shipping threshold at any time. Any such change will be communicated via the website and will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Delivery Timeframes
The following delivery timeframes are estimates from the moment of dispatch, and are based on the standard service levels of our carrier partners. They are not guaranteed deadlines. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier capacity, public holidays, or events outside our control.

Stated delivery timeframes are estimates provided in good faith based on standard carrier performance. CALQIX does not guarantee delivery within any specific timeframe and is not liable for delays caused by carrier performance, customs clearance, adverse weather conditions, postal strikes, or other events beyond CALQIX's direct control.
If your order has not arrived within the outer estimated delivery window for your region, please first check the tracking information provided in your dispatch confirmation email. If the tracking shows no update for more than 5 Business Days, or if the estimated delivery window has passed, please contact CALQIX via the contact page at calqix.com so we can investigate with the carrier.
Shipping Carriers
CALQIX ships with the leading carrier known and trusted in each destination country. Rather than applying a single global carrier to all orders, we match each shipment to the carrier that is most reliable, cost-effective, and familiar to customers in that specific market. This ensures your parcel is handled by a service you recognise and can contact locally if needed.

The specific carrier used for your order will be confirmed in your dispatch confirmation email, along with a tracking number or link. CALQIX reserves the right to use an alternative carrier of equivalent or superior service level if the primary carrier for your region is unavailable, experiencing significant disruption, or if an alternative better serves your specific delivery address.
For remote, rural, or hard-to-reach delivery addresses, delivery may be routed through a local last-mile delivery partner operating on behalf of the primary carrier. In such cases, tracking may show reduced update frequency during the final delivery stage. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your shipment.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. You can use this link to monitor the status and location of your parcel at any time.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after you receive your dispatch confirmation, as the carrier's system needs to register the parcel at its first scan point. If your tracking link shows no information within 24 hours of receiving your dispatch email, please contact us via the contact page at calqix.com.
For international orders, tracking events may be less frequent during transit between countries, particularly during customs clearance stages. A gap in tracking updates does not necessarily indicate a problem — it is common for international shipments to show no update for several days while in transit or pending customs inspection.
CALQIX is not responsible for inaccurate or incomplete tracking information provided by the carrier. If your tracking shows an unexpected status — such as "return to sender", "customs hold", or "delivery attempted" — please contact CALQIX promptly so we can assist in resolving the situation with the carrier.
Delivery Address & Failed Deliveries
It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at the time of checkout. CALQIX is not liable for delivery failures, delays, or additional costs arising from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, please contact CALQIX immediately via the contact page. We will make every effort to correct the address before dispatch, but cannot guarantee this once processing has begun. Address corrections after dispatch are subject to the carrier's policies and may incur additional costs, which are the customer's responsibility.
In the event of a failed delivery due to the customer being unavailable to receive the parcel, the carrier will typically leave a delivery notification or attempt delivery on a subsequent day, in accordance with local carrier practices. The customer is responsible for following up on missed deliveries within the carrier's designated collection window. Parcels not collected within the carrier's holding period may be returned to CALQIX.
If a parcel is returned to CALQIX due to a failed delivery attributable to the customer — including an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal to accept delivery — CALQIX will contact the customer to arrange re-delivery. Any costs associated with re-shipment are the customer's responsibility and must be paid before re-dispatch. If the customer does not wish to receive a re-delivery, a refund will be issued for the product value only, minus the original shipping costs and any return-to-sender fees charged by the carrier.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For deliveries within the European Union, no customs duties apply. Standard EU VAT rules govern the transaction based on the applicable rate in the destination member state.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union — including the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, Canada, and all other non-EU destinations — customs duties, import taxes, VAT at the border, or other government-imposed charges may apply upon the parcel's arrival in the destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee charged by CALQIX.
CALQIX has no control over customs processes, the rates applied, or the timing of customs clearance. CALQIX is not liable for any delays caused by customs procedures or for any customs charges levied by the destination country's authorities. Customs processing times vary significantly by country and can add several days to the delivery timeframe.
Customers are advised to familiarise themselves with the import regulations of their country before placing an order. If a parcel is refused at customs, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities — whether due to unpaid duties or regulatory reasons beyond CALQIX's control — CALQIX is not liable for the loss of the goods, and no refund will be issued for the cost of products lost or destroyed by customs.
CALQIX accurately declares the contents and value of all shipments on customs documentation in accordance with applicable law. CALQIX will not falsify customs declarations, understate shipment values, or mark parcels as "gifts" to circumvent customs duties, regardless of customer requests to do so.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Damaged on arrival. If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible, or accept it and photograph the damage — including the outer packaging — immediately upon receipt. Contact CALQIX via the contact page at calqix.com within 48 hours of delivery, providing your order number and photographic evidence. CALQIX will assess the damage and offer a replacement or full refund at its discretion.
Lost in transit. A shipment is considered lost if it has not been delivered and there has been no tracking update for more than:
- 10 Business Days for domestic (Netherlands) and EU shipments
- 20 Business Days for UK, US, Canadian, and Australian shipments
- 30 Business Days for rest-of-world shipments
Before a shipment can be classified as lost, CALQIX must initiate a formal investigation with the carrier. This process typically takes 5–10 Business Days. CALQIX will keep the customer informed of the investigation's progress. If the carrier confirms the loss, CALQIX will offer the customer a replacement shipment or a full refund of the product value and original shipping costs, at the customer's choice.
CALQIX is not liable for shipments that tracking confirms as delivered to the address provided by the customer. If tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your parcel, please first check with neighbours, building management, or at a local post office or collection point, and then contact CALQIX. We will assist in filing a carrier investigation, but CALQIX cannot be held responsible for parcels confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the correct address.
Liability & Risk
Risk of loss, theft, or damage to the product passes from CALQIX to the customer at the moment the order is handed over to the carrier at the point of dispatch. From that moment, the carrier bears operational responsibility for the safe and timely delivery of the parcel.
CALQIX's liability in connection with shipping is limited to the remedies set out in Section 9 (lost or damaged shipments) and in the Return & Refund Policy. CALQIX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from shipping delays or failures, including but not limited to costs incurred by the customer as a result of late delivery.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits CALQIX's liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable mandatory law — including the statutory rights of EU consumers under Directive 2011/83/EU.
